Noel dipped his head gradually to nod, expressing that he would agree to explain further later. A little sleep would do him good, perhaps even stimulate his memory recover the events of his past— memories somehow forgotten. Having a moment to himself would ease the tension now surging in his being, both from his rattled nerves and the sudden realization of the severity of the situation.

It was substantial. Everything. The task at hand and possibly being responsible for the fabric of his very own existence. If he changed the timeline, would their future— his present— exist? Would he disappear?

Dispelling the thought, he followed her back to the household. A modestly decorated residence, it was neatly organized and spacious, the perfect environment to seek some quiet. He took notice of her slight discomfort, figuring she was just stressed and exhausted from the encounter prior, and did not stir up worry. Noel settled onto the couch, combing fingers through a fringe lightly dampened by sweat, allowing aching muscles to unwind. His lungs would expand as he drew in a much needed breather, inhaling thick salt laced air. His sinuses and throat tingled from the exposure. It took him a moment to realize how parched he was, a harsh texture had developed at the corners of his lower lip.

╌╌ Being home was welcoming, even in the humidity of times. Serah shakes off the sweat appearing on the bridge of her brow, luckily fans were waiting for their return but her concerns were far from being sweaty. Awareness shook her, despite everything that played out so far the idea of finding out about more terrified her- about Snow, about her sister. She was wondering if would wake up and find it’s just a dream.

A blue eye catches the brunet behind her, taking in his appearance that she’d failed to notice earlier- his clothes, reminded her of someone else. The image of the certain red-head flashes before her. Vanille… her mind spoke gently towards the looming figure created from her memory. A thought sprouts only just faintly but it’s one that lingers on the more she settles her eyes on him, her features slowly turning questionable more a matter of minutes when she bravely utters it out. “You’re…you’re not from Cocoon, are you?” The words are small against her actual views, in honesty it felt kind of stupid repeating it off the tongue, drawing it out with the ring of their own voice.

It was obvious for the fact he arrived in such an odd way, his actions, his clothing- just his whole being felt..different, but in a good way. A sudden squeak erupts in the household, the pink-haired feeling quite sheepish. “Oh, your drink. I’ll go get that while you wait here.” Flashing a nervous smile before darting off to the combined kitchen.
